My name is Roslyn Samuels, I am a certified personal trainer and a certified specialist in fitness nutrition located in Knightdale NC. I am a wife and a mother of two. I always enjoyed being active, I just wasn't always active. Like most, I have a busy schedule and eating right was not in my schedule.
I was running 3 days days a week and hitting the gym 2 days. I thought I was doing good. I didn't know I was gaining weight until I looked at my vacation pictures in 2011. I then realized I had to do something to drop the weight, I was already exercising which I love to do. I tried all the quick diets such as diet pills, liquid drops, shakes.... and yes, I dropped a few pounds but when I stop taking the diet products I gained all the weight back plus more.
Time went on and I was on a roller coaster lifestyle of trying to be health. In November 2015 I was diagnosed with high blood pressure due to my bad eating habits and weight gain. This is when I realized I had to stop with the roller coaster and jump on that straight road to healthy lifestyle. It was only when I combined my workouts with good clean eating I was able to see long-lasting results.
